Terms of Service
OIO.SO provides a decentralized platform for Bitcoin donations and content publishing. Use of this platform constitutes acceptance of all terms below.
The following are strictly prohibited on OIO.SO:
All Bitcoin transactions are final and irreversible by nature of the blockchain. OIO.SO does not control, hold, or have access to your funds. Your wallet and private keys are managed through the SUBTC Protocol. You are solely responsible for the security of your OIO KEY.
Content published on OIO.SO is stored on IPFS and may be permanent. You are solely responsible for content you publish. OIO.SO does not pre-screen content but may take action on reported violations.
All posts are automatically removed from OIO.SO after 30 days from the date of publication. This policy applies to all content without exception.
This is not a punitive measure — it is a deliberate privacy and security design decision. Automatic deletion protects users from unintended long-term exposure of their published content, reduces the platform's legal liability surface, and prevents search engines from indexing and distributing content beyond its intended lifespan.
Deletion removes the content reference from OIO.SO's index. Search engines are notified automatically so cached versions are deindexed. Note that IPFS nodes operated by third parties may retain content independently of OIO.SO's deletion policy.
OIO.SO charges no fees on donations received. A network fee is deducted by the SUBTC Protocol upon withdrawal — this covers Bitcoin miner fees. We reserve the right to adjust minimum withdrawal amounts.
OIO.SO reserves the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms, particularly those involved in financial crime, exploitation, or terrorism. Your Bitcoin wallet balance remains withdrawable unless frozen by legal order.
OIO.SO is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for loss of funds due to user error, network conditions, or external factors. Bitcoin is a volatile asset — use at your own risk.
